Dr. Mark David Christenson, MD

I consulted "Dr." Christensen because of substantial and inexplicable weight loss, severe fatigue and loss of appetite. Literally, flesh was falling off my bones. Minimal tests were ordered. Objective symptoms were blown off. Christensen was rude and condescending. Anti-depressants, Vitamin D, iron pills and statins were prescribed. Symptoms continued to a point where I could not walk across our home. After months of getting sicker, I consulted another physician who immediately recognized my lymphoma and a regimen of chemo was prescribed. I am lucky to be alive.

He will not diagnose anything complicated. Refer refer refer, even so foolishly the Dr I was referred to 3 different times. Still refuses to see me, because Dr Christenson is afraid to think, it would expose his lack of training and or intelligence. This guy behaves like he bought a fake degree and avoids heavy medical situations because it would only expose his ineptitude. Even an RN that used to work forhim told me the same. Avoid this physician!

I have been in chronic pain for 6 years I had 4 broken ribs now they are healed but I still get allot of pain it feels like my organs are being poked and squeezed I had a surgery on my abdomen they removed a lump that my ribs made from poking into my muscles it was very painful I then broke out with shingles it was very painful and now I have postherpetic neuralgia its very panful I went to the emergency room one night because I was in allot of pain and I ran out of my pain meds they gave me norco and promethazine and a list of doctors to follow up with and my mom chose dr.mark david christenson he is the worst doctor I have ever been to he does not care about your pain he only cares about what you use for your pain he is against ommp and treating pain with opiates he thinks drugs like lyrica are safe because its not a narcotic even though the side effects alone can hurt you or give you cancer! I have been in pain for 6 years I have tried almost everything so I think I would know what… works for me he made me feel like either I can choose to take these options that was either lyrica cymbalta or just go home and shoot myself I have enough pain as it is I really don"t need a unknowledgeable doctor that just makes me feel worse about my self I would not recommend this doctor to my enemy's .
