What if he has sick family members. Did yall ever think he had to stop and care for them? You do need to go to primary care instead of running to the ER for mom emergent issues. Do yall realize that Obama care isn't gonna to pay for some things based on outcomes. If you don't do what the doctor says that is non compliance. It is a losing battle at times. I think we will see more doctors firing patients, retiring and or closing their practices to work ER or urgent cares. Healthcare is evolving. Nurses and doctors are leaving the profession. But I am sure yall will have something to say to that also. Clawson is a wonderful physician. Maybe he doesn't support noncompliance or addictive disorders but that is a good thing.

He was rude to me and my family told me i needed to stop going to the hospital and that i was going for no reason even though i was their for major stomach pains

I have been seeing Dr Clawson for nearly 15 years. He's been my family doctor since I was a kid. I was recently called to get a refill on my medication and was informed that he has shut down his practice. I just seen him about a month or two ago and was shocked that there was no notice or even a hint of him shutting down a very successful practice. I talked with one of his aids and she told me that it came a a surprise even to his staff. Anyone who was seeing this doctor must now find a new one. Sucks!

I went to Dr. Clawson for years, but have since stopped going to him. He is a nice guy, but I would not recommend putting him in charge of your health. He performs procedures himself that he really should recommend a specialist for. In my opinion, find a different doctor. It is not worth your health. I give him zero stars for accurate diagnosis.
