Dr. Mark Edward Collins, MD

Dr Collins was our dr for over 10 yrs. wonderful patient understanding dr always explained test results procedures any concerns I had he discussed in depth. I sure miss this dr moved to Tn in 1996 and have yet to find a dr or practice that is as awesome as dr Collins and his staff.

Mark and his assistant Ann are absolutely wonderful. Professional, prompt and genuinely sincere. Been with them for over 10 years and would highly recommend them

I recently visited this doctor twice in the last month. The office and nursing staff are terrible. I even witnessed the person at the desk and a nurse in what I would consider elder abuse. They were talking about an older gentleman right in front of him and the nurse said to the other lady "he can't hear us anyway". I was about to say...well the rest of the waiting room can hear you! The nurse that I dealt with was awful also. Terrible to get return calls, gave my pharmacy bad prescription instructions, gave me wrong diagnosis, did not explain anything they were putting me on and why. Made me very uncomfortable. Doctor barely looked at me when in the room and I don't know what the nurse typed in the computer but they were not the symptoms that I told her. He sent me back to the awful waiting room to get tests and then was gone when I came out! No instructions no nothing. Needless to say, I am still sick and have found a new doctor.

This office is horrible. I have to fight to get my test results, phone calls go unreturned, and the nurse is inconsiderate, rude, and inappropriate. I am done with this place.

Dr. Collins your the best! Been with you since 88 and no better doctor or practice is needed! Bernice up front just want to say thank you and blessing to you for being so caring and thoughtful with your unsolicitated call back. Just shows that some practices do really care about its patients!
