Dr Cossentino is very good doctor.

My elderly mother has been Dr. Mark Cossentino's patient for over a decade. It is difficult to get an appointment when my mother is not well. I understand annual appointments are done way in advance but when a patient is having issues the staff should make it a priority get them an appointment. Instead, this staff offered an appointment 2 months from now or to take the patient to an emergency room. I found that to be offensive and that Dr. Cossentino's staff just doesn't care. Perhaps they should refer another doctor elsewhere since this facility is over committed with their clients. Very disappointing because my mother is very fond of Dr. Cossentino.

I DO NOT recommend Dr Cossentino, he made me go to see him 3 times, sent us to do tests and he was not even able to see us and had his nurse gave pills that did not even help me. Always in a rush to see next patient.

Doctor is good but the staff is a nightmare to deal with. If you have an issue and call the office they transfer you to a medical assistant that never answers the phone. BEWARE! The front desk cow will reschedule your appointment secretly while your waiting to be seen and then tell you that your scheduled for another day!

I have seen Dr Cossentino 3 times in my life and he did my endoscopy and colonoscopy when he was in the Military and in the private sector, he has not changed at all! Always polite, answers any question and makes you feel secure. I went back to him because of the great positive experience I have had before and now. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Cossentino is a very competent physician. Some members of his staff have exhibited what can only be construed as dishonest behavior. Truly sad that this behavior was condoned and supported.

Dr. Was good but to get the medical assistant to respond or return my calls after initial visit was terrible been trying for 3 weeks no call back or response at all

I have had 2 procedures by the good doctor and while no one who is human likes the preparation, Dr. Cossentino was knowledgeable, accurate and caring, said attributes lacking in many of the younger doctors today.

A good experience, except the preparation the day before was not pleasant. However I did go home feeling confident that my treatment was appropriate.Thanks Doctor
