Dr. Mark Craft, MD

This is the worst care I have ever “not” and, received. I have been sick since 2004. My first and only visit with a dr. Craft was full of judgment because, of my health. I don’t think at any point did he asked me personally what was going on with me or heard anything I had to say outside of looking at a chart. Then I go into the hospital following that appointment n was discharged and needed a three day appointment per instructions of hospital. And they had me change my insurance to a doctor that was in his office. Dr. Sage Naran. Clearly, he does not care about his patients. The staff is great . But Dr. Craft is not somebody I would suggest you go to if you have more than one disease. And God forbid if you’re on medication for the pain from these diseases, there’s even more judgment sitting in the room. In the time that I had with him, which was 30 minutes, I don’t think he asked me one time how I was feeling outside of what the nurse had charted. And then he proceeded to judge me… on my medication list. Also, in that visit I needed referrals to doctors that I should already have. And, he sent me out of there with the blood work that’s it. He never spoke with me directly, except when he was placing judgment on me. This is absolutely the worst care I have ever received and not received. I literally wouldn’t go back to see him for anything. Worst doctor I’ve ever met in 20 years of being super sick. !!! And I only gave him one star because I couldn’t put zero

Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!!! Poor service. They do not seem to care about their patients. They don't call back, they don't properly handle their paperwork or scheduling. It's quite sad... definitely scary considering this is healthcare. Sad that they treat people this way - especially seniors. I would NOT recommend.

Did not want me as a patient, my illness requires the use of blood thinners and he stated plainly I need to find another physician because treating me "requires too much of my time".

I took my 89 year old father who has several health issues to Dr Craft for the first time. He and his staff were so patient and kind with my Dad. They really took the time to talk to him, and to let him talk. What a nice surprise to find a Doctor so quickly that my Dad and I both feel comfortable with. We are definitely going to have Dr Craft become my Dad's new primary physican!

Dr. Craft is the best. Been going to him for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
