Dr Mark Crane is the best in my book!

This doctor was a horrible experience. It's rare people take time to leave poor reviews and I have found countless angry people. He angered me and my wife and extorted 5 times the original price and took advantage of my wife gullibleness. (i was watching the kids while he was telling her she had to pay before the procedure) a simple toothe extraction. even the referring doctor was shocked

I got an infection on my wisdom tooth over the weekend. The pain was so bad I was willing to finally listen to my dentist and get them removed. I was nervous. A new patient to dr crane I was still able to get in on one of their cancellations (his morning) and I am happy to report everything went So smooth. The staff was great and answered my questions. The dr was great and went over my questions and other important things to look out for and what things will be normal and to expect etc. He numb my arm gave me the IV next thing I know I am awake and walking to car with my mom. 8 hours later I am taking Advil and rotating Tylenol but in much less pain then I was before the surgery. Knock on wood I hope it continues this well. I am taking care of myself and did prep before too with juicing vegetable drinks to get in a ton of good nutrients to help my body fight and heal. I did a solid stron powder probiotic for 2 days before and taking vitamin c and b supplements. I'm a big… believer your food nutrients will help your body fight better. I will update if anything different but as i know I would kiss this whole staff and thank them for taking away all my pain ! I would 100% recommend them to a friend or family!

It's hard to get an appointment, but Dr. Crane is an excellent doctor. He's taken out two of my teeth and was gentle and caring.

I had an implant placed by this doctor which failed later. The office manager treated me in the most arrogant manner that I have ever encountered. The doctor has blocked himself from his patients: it was impossible to talk to him over the phone; each time I scheduled an appointment, his staff would take an X-ray without much explanation. His office manager NEVER got back to me after the doctor requested it. He charged me to discuss his failed work... Very poor management, rip off and total dissapointment.
