When, I first stepped into the office I was blown away by the elegance of the environment . The staff treated me like I was part of this elite family. Dr Damerau has a passion for perfection that emulates through his staff. My teeth have never looked better and my overall oral health is far greater than when I started.

Dr. Damerau is a FABULOUS Dentist! I feel so grateful for having found him.. He is VERY skilled. His work is pure perfection. His staff is wonderful & his office is not typical either. It’s very comfortable and has a residential atmosphere. The best Dentist I have ever been to in my life. The hygienist is excellent too. Very thorough & dedicated. -J.Snowden

DR DAMERAU IS FRIEDLY AND EFFICIENT. HE MADE ME FEEL CONFORTABLE. DOES A GREAT JOB AT EXPLAINING ALL PROCEDURES NEEDED TO TREAT TMJ, MY TMJ IS NOW COMPLETELY UNDER CONTROL, THANKS DR DAMERAU.

The first meeting went fine, Dr. Damereau seemed to be listening closely of what I want. But already the follow up of that first meeting was meager. I asked for copies of all the forms I filled out (if I leave my data, I at least want to have a copy of the communicated). Never got the copies. Next he showed me an animation about how my redone front teeth could look like. I did not like the visual 100% and asked of some changes and a corrected version. Never got a new visual of the concept of how my teeth should look like. My first teeth cleaning I had with 25, only because we were a girls group to all have one. The dentist there said I didn´t really need it (and obviously never needed it before). When Dr. Damereau said I need a teeth cleaning, I knew he was lying and only going after some extra money. To make sure, I asked his assistant, who was doing the teeth cleaning, how bad I already needed the cleaning. She said I didn´t really needed it. To redo my front teeth crowns Dr.… Damereau said my teeth need more space, so he put some material behind my front teeth (I couldn´t chew my food any more) and they need to grow downwards a little bit. That has to be supported by braces so the teeth wouldn´t grow crooked. Procedure would take about a year. To install the braces the orthodontic, Damereau sent me to, spread my back teeth with spacers (hurt) to install the braces there. Damereau meant that wasn´t necessary (good coordination there!). Until today my teeth back there did not grow together any more and stuff gets stuck there and starts smelling if not immediately flossed. Thank you for additional problems in my life! I wanted the spacers out and started loosing trust and pacience in the dental office. Travelling a lot, months went by (which were said to be needed to grow the teeth anyways). Every now and then I visited the office to check if the teeth were grown. Damerau had to replace the material on the back of my teeth multiple times because it cracked and came off and even charged for that big time. The last visit Dr. Damerau meant we can proceed, the teeth were grown enough (WITHOUT any braces!!). To whiten my other teeth before, he let me come to the office another time to take computer scans of my bite (although he already took impressions months ago). Two weeks later he had me drive the 40 minutes again to make regular impressions, because something didn´t work with the computer scans. I got a tube with whitening gel and a tray. My husband picked them up. NO instructions (only quickly given on the phone), no information WHAT this gel consists, let alone a brand name or anything. Felt like I got these products illegally and secretly from a Vietnamese back room. Unfortunately due to heavy travelling I lost the gel and tray somewhere. I called and asked if I could have a replacement of the tray and the gel and what that would cost. They told me I would have to come to the office again, make the impressions again (although they now should have the initial ones, the computer ones and the last ones) and that would cost another $500 (after we already paid thousands)! After that I felt ultimately screwed and I lost it! I said I want my original impressions (of my original teeth) I gave them at the beginning of the project back and that´s it. Dr. Damereau played hide and seek with my husband who drove the 40 minutes multiple times to pick up what they “can´t find at the moment” and then started lying that he never had them. These are the impressions of my original teeth and the CAN´T be redone! The office likes to appear as super professional, but that´s all just show! They have no clue are bad organized and only go for the money!
