Dr. Mark Mihran Davidian, MD

I haven’t had a visit but in the 15 years that I work assisting Dr Dravidian in many Interventional procedures in CT I was always amazed at his aptitude and techniques in all the procedures he preformed. He is at the top of his profession.

Maybe his style isn’t for everyone but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Davidian. His approach was more to the point which is how I prefer doctors to be. If you want someone to wrap you in a comfy blanket and tell you that everything is gonna be ok if you just believe then maybe he’s not for you. If you want a bada** doctor who knows what he’s doing - I would definitely give him a go.

I read the reviews about Dr. Davidian before my appointment. I am SO glad I did not rush to judgement or let the opinions of others influence mine. I found the Dr. to be kind and calm and very informative. He explained the procedure in detail and in terms I would understand. He weighed the pros and cons of the procedure. He's not drama, he's factual. He took the time to call the Imaging department during my office visit to get me a CT appointment that same day. It's important to keep in mind that your medical appointment is your opportunity to ask questions. Do not get frustrated if you don't like what you hear. It's medicine and you do not want the conversation sugar coated. You want your physician to give you the information needed so you can make decisions on your medical care. Dr. Davidian is a brilliant surgeon who is meticulous with his approach. If you want the best possible outcome, you want the best surgeon performing your surgery, that's Dr. Davidian. The office care team… is equally kind and very helpful. Remember you have a choice and a voice when is comes to your medical care. Dr. Davidian and his team, simply put, are the VERY best!

Dr Davidian was amazing. He fixed my moms vertebra fracture and the intervention was quick and successful! Doctors have a difficult job and sometimes procedures have risks. That doesn’t mean the doctor didn’t do his job. We are all aware of the risks before we decide if we want the procedure. Dr Davidian has the right experience and he did excellent job!

Dr. Davidian called me the day before my appointment to clarify what my expectations were for my appointment with him the next day. He said he had been reviewing my file which included a recent MRI of my lower back. I was shocked to receive a call from the doctor ( usually you hear from the assistant). I was amazaed that he was taking time in advance to review my file! These days you are lucky the doctor knows your name and spends more than 10 minutes with you. Not only did Dr. Davidian inform me of a whole new possibility of what is causing my leg to swell but he also explained my MRI of my back. I have had several doctors evaluate my situation - never able to provide a solution. I would highly recommend Dr. Davidian to any of my family or friends.

I visited this doctor several times, and every time I went to his office, his manners were the same, rude, angry, arrogant, and after 5 minutes of listening to you, he always leaves the room without saying that he is done. And, if you have questions, he seems don't like to answer, or he gets upset if you repeat the same questions, you can tell by looking at his face that he is not happy doing it and wants to leave the room right away. The front desk people and the assistants are nice, but, you better stay away from him.

Meeting Dr. Mark for the first time was a wonderful experience. I came to him with some severe back pain and he was so intentive to my needs and making me feel better. He analyzed my back with the utmost precision, and told me exactly what to do to make it better. I've been to many doctors about my back pain and no one really took a personal interest in my discomfort like Mark did. I'm so happy to have found a doctor that is as wonderful as Mark is. With a degree for Stanford Universety and 22 years of experience in his field I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Davidian

Dr Dravidian did not order a flourascopic table when giving me an injection he missed puncture my duration two blood patches with a flourascopic table, I had a seizure stroke chronic vertigo from 20/20 vision to bi focols lost 60 pounds can't work, he has destroyed my life. His statement to me wad, what do you want me to do about it. Heartless and cruel, knowing I had spinal fluid leaking refused poison meds and dropped me as a patient.

Was referred to Dr Davidian after a gyno emergency requiring several transfusions. Took over a month to get an appointment. And the office was made aware of the urgent nature of my case but told they had a month. They reassured me it would be 10-2 weeks to get appointment for procedure. Dr Davidian scared me so badly at consultation. I was fully aware of the risks of the procedure but proceeded to tell me the pain could be intense. Stating that several patients had come back screaming at him. He also chastised me for having waited for a procedure and needing transfusions although up til Dec my levels were managed and being checked. When they called to schedule procedure after Dr being gone for a week an a half they wanted to schedule it a month and half out. When I asked for other options due to the severity of the case they dismissed me and sent my chart back to the hospital. I feel they wasted precious time as well as scared me about the procedure without any type of normal response… to the procedure. Told me I'd have to talk to 100 people. As being a provider of this procedure he should be aware of the average pain and recovery it takes. And scaring patients with stories of worst case scenario patients is not kind. Risks need to be understood but his bedside manner was distant and almost annoyed. I would not recommend him. I'm hoping for a better result from the hospital. It's a shame because he's supposed to be the best in his field. Office needs to work on communication.

This man did a liver bio for me at Sutter Hospital. I would never again submit to any procedure with consious sedation based on this experience. The doctor and two nurses were yelling at me while they were in my liver telling me to hold still as I tried to move away from the pain. life is difficult enough without being tortured by medical providers and then being stuck a second time with bills equaling the years insurance premiums. Dr.s are like plumbers, if you need one you are in deep (s) trouble.
