Dr. Mark S Denunzio

I went for a root canal and he was rough. He was rude, didn't explain anything, short with what he did say after I asked to slow down and explain. He had horrible customer service. I unfortunately got an abscess on the tooth he did the root canal on and tried to schedule an apt to have it redone, asked to talk with the doctor when he had a moment to call me. ( His staff was wanting me to eval one day just to reschedule another appt a different day to have the procedure - I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and I had a three day gap un willing to work with me... and very rude might I ask.) I asked for phone call back from the doctor and he downright refused to call me back. Very unprofessional and I'll add he said I can go to another doctor if I don't like it. Well I will. As a patient we have the right to talk to our doctors in a timely manor not have them down right refuse. I've already been in so much pain and missed work due to this abscess. I'm completely dissatisfied with his… team, his care and lack of communication. An official complaint will be with BBB and Florida Health Board.
