It seems almost impossible to get the office to pick up the phone or return your call. Then they want to CHARGE for missed appt. if not cancelled 4DAYS before? I don't know if I'll be alive in 4 DAYS!. Especially in this file, they need more understanding. Benn a patient for over 10years and lately they are treating us like they don't want our business. STAY AWAY. The treatment isn't that good either...just hands out pills

Dr. DiBuono has more patients than he can handle. He is primarily interested in clinical trials-he treats his patients poorly-sits facing computer and writes on it while having a session with patient. Never returns calls-extremely arrogant and unprofessional.

Nice pleasant office just scary at times cause of patients

Too busy to see his patients anymore. I was hospitalized and he was called - never returned the hospital's calls.

I have been a patient for years but left because if you call and need an appointment or a scipt within the past year you never get an answer and always have to leave a message. They never return your message . Several months ago I had to go to the office for a script because no one returned my repeated phone calls. Now it's happening again this time trying to make an appointment . This is totally unacceptable from any doctors office or any business .I just made an appointment with a different doctor maybe you might want to also.

Dr. DiBuono and staff are the best in all of Staten island.
