Wife and I went with insurance. Were both told we needed "work" done not just cleaning. We are regular dental patients so were up to date on teeth. Any way both got list of what needed done and what I pay and what insurance pays. I paid my part for us and was done. Well not so much, STILL getting bills "insurance didnt pay" Would have been cheaper to pay cash and run. Felt upsell entire time, "special cleaning, new miracle tooth brush " and on n on. Maybe I have worst insurance in world, but kinda look to provider to guide on who pays what. Year ago this started. Wont even go into his bad mouthing other local dentists. There are Options in Blue Ridge and new ones comming soon.

When does an abscessed tooth make itself know? Right on schedule, like a lightening strike. Mine was 10:30 Saturday night. At 11:00 Dr 'D' called back asking if Noon was workable. That's 12 noon Sunday. Sure, most every one is friendly when they need you, but folk you can count on when you need them are, well, rather special. I'm happy to recommend Dr. Dlugokinski to any one.

He is the best Dentist I have ever been to, he is reasonable, and very personable. He went over ALL the x rays for me and gave me the best advice from his prospective. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes, I highly recommend him to anyone needing to see a dentist

We are in town visiting family and I cracked a molar. I called the dental office and they fit me in to their schedule immediately. Marcie was the dental tech, she took photos of my tooth and assisted my procedure. She is wonderful. I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Dlugokinski is. He articulately explained what was happening in my mouth and then techinally and adeptly took out my old filling, cleaned it and then replaced my filling. It was painless!! The best professional dental office I've been to!
