this place is ridiculous, you can never get someone on the phone. the recording just plays and plays. i have been going there for years and my last visit they billed the wrong insurance company and i got a bill for the entire amount. why is the recording just playing over and over and over??? won't let you hit any prompts or anything.

This provider will not return there calls nor give you the results of your lab work. We have been waiting over 5 business days now.

Very rude staff. They have spoken down to my family on multiple occasions to the point of bullying. When your mother comes back from an appointment crying because of the unprovoked meanness of a "nurse"...you know something is wrong.

I saw a differant doctor. He was very kind and listen to my full story. Amd prescribed me something to to help. And it does. I want to just check up with him and I was sent to Dr dollar. He was rude loud called me a brain dead idiot with No advice. No tips. No help. And he stormed out all in uniform. I highly recommend avoiding this guy.

I went to another doctor and explained everything to him. I come back to see the same doctor. But instead I got dr dollar....not only did he not give me anything to help. He gave me no info in,general to help me and walked out calling me a drugged out junkie. Hollering and screaming. I have insomnia. I wanted to 1. Double the dose to mske it to the end of the month. "OR" double the count to make it to the end of the month. He treated me like,garbage and I reccomemd nobody see somebody this unstable.

I highly recommend Dr. Mark Dollar. He is a very caring Dr. He will take the time to make sure you understand the information he has given you. He does not sugar coat. He tells you like it is. Some people make take this as being rude, but he's really not. He does not do unnecessary testing either. In my dealings he's always been correct with his diagnosis and his treatments have been spot on. I trust Dr. Dollar with my health care.

Dr. Dollar is very factual, meticulous and caring. He spends time to help you understand all of the information about your condition/diagnosis. I don't like sugarcoating unpleasant news and Dr. Dollar does not do that.

Dr. Dollars care and attention to detail in reguard to the check-up I received at his office was the best I've ever had. I wish all Doctors took his level of interest in their patients !
