Dr. Mark L Donaldson, MD

Dr. Donaldson walked in, looked at my forehead, grabbed the can to freeze, and started freezing my forehead without saying a word to me what he was going to do. He started freeing a place RIGHT NEXT TO MY EYE, without even telling me to close my eye or put up his hand to protect it. He was speaking to the assistant in the room, I"m assuming what he was doing, and then left. It couldn't have been more than 5 minutes. I tried to ask him questions but he told me to ask her, and left the room. I had to have the assistant, my questions, which should have been addressed by the doctor. He froze places on my forehead and face that I didn't even believe was anything there, BUT he missed one very clearly noticeable right in the middle of my forehead. So now I have to go back sooner than I should. I won't be going back to Dr. Donaldson!

Extremely careful. Very approachable. Full attention but that gets him late.

I had a few skin problems that were concerning me - wart on my foot, skin tags from pregnancy, acne here and there and wanting helpful advice on anti-wrinkle creams that actually work. He really cared, helped me with all of them, and I couldn't be happier. I often get complements on my skin.

Dr. Donaldson was both professional and personable. Trying to get into his practice to start with takes some patience but once you are in his practice new appointment are a breeze. He was also a very good patient teacher in prevention and self-care and willing to answer any questions.

Some doctors have brains, and other doctors have social skills. Dr. Donaldson is great because he has them both. He'll be my dermatologist until he retires!
