After seeing a chiropractor and pain management and several other Dr's for pain I had in my back for months my fiance recommended Dr Mark Drzala . What a great experience starting with his office staff very pleasant and helpful. Dr Drzala was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable there on my visit. Dr Drzala did not rush and explained and showed me with models and x-rays what was going on with my back . Dr took time to explain my options and pros and cons of the options . By the time I left I felt very comfortable and confident in Dr Drzala. I went with Dr Drzala recommendation and my back is much better. I can do simple things like bend down to pick up a piece of paper without pain and groaning now . I would highly recommend Dr Drzala. Dr. Drzala is truly an amazing surgeon as well as a compassionate individual. He had made himself available 24/7. Surgery is the last option he uses at his disposal. I would without hesitation recommend him to anyone who is looking for a spine surgeon.

My first meeting with Dr Drzala took place in the emergency room at Morristown medical center. I was unable to walk due to debilitating pain caused by nerve compression. His primary goal was to manage the mind numbing pain I had been feeling for days prior to my ER visit. Having worked in the medical field alongside NY wound care doctors for many years, I appreciated his bedside manner and ability to answer all questions while easing my concerns. He is highly knowledgeable yet humble and approachable. He did not rush my decision rather stepped back and let my husband and I discuss the options and contact family. Thanks to Dr Drzala, I am able to walk again WITHOUT pain and have been able to return to work. I will continue to f/u with Dr Drzala and his staff and would recommend him to anyone with issues relating to the spine.

This is my second surgery with Dr Drzala and I can only praise him and his staff on how hard they worked to change my life around after suffering for so long with back and neck pain. They have been the most caring and compassionate group from the moment I met them and have always explained the procedures and treatments in ways i can understand. Not only is Dr. Drzala a great doctor and surgeon, his entire staff is very warm and friendly. I just got back from my one year check up from a very intricate surgery and his entire staff remembered me and were very welcoming. Dr Mark Drzala is by far one of the best spinal surgeons in the world. His mild mannered demeanor, thoroughness, kindness, encouragement and brilliant mind saved my life. Due to multiple degenerating conditions, I've have had to have several surgeries and unfortunately more on the horizon and Dr Drzala will perform them. His staff is courteous, respectful and always eager to assist his patients. Dr Drzala is a premium doctor that I trust whole heartily with my life.
