Dr. Mark S. Duffield, DO

Getting the appointment to be seen before scheduling a surgery was easy and quick. The wait to be seen the day of the appointment took almost 2 hrs. Several people were tirelessly waiting as well, with some talks of just walking out. The visit was quick once he came in. He seemed like a decent person. The doctor said his scheduler would take 2-4 days to reach out, his assistant said up to 2 weeks… well, after calls and e-mails, it’s been over a month, and I haven’t heard from scheduling or his office. This is not a sole review of the doctors abilities, but an overall failure of the office taking on more than they can handle. Only one person to schedule is a single point of failure. I’m finding someone else.

Dr. Mark Duffield is simply awesome! I was having pain in my knee, reached out to him and his staff and was seen within 24 hours at his Douglasville office. During my visit, Dr. Duffield gave me very clear details of my injury and next steps. Ultimately, he remedied my issue. The team at OrthoAtlanta was great. Dr. Duffield is a very warm, personable and meticulous medical professional and I wouldn't choose any other Dr!

Dr. Duffield is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful man. Great surgeon and bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone with orthopedic problems.

I went in for a diagnosis about my leg pain. The nurses were very kind and helpful. They listened closely to what I was saying about my pain. They took me to get x-rays and were just overall very good. However the doctor came in with an attitude. He rolled and rubbed his eyes the entire time I was talking and was just overall disrespectful. As soon as he walked in the door he already had his diagnosis. I'm pretty sure he didn't even look at the x-rays. He was in and out of the room in 2 minutes. I felt ignored and unhelped. Do not go see Dr. Mark S Duffield.

My experience at this dr. office in douglasville started of great but ended up a disaster from somewhere. The nurse was not professional some of the dr. where not professional only person that was professional was the xray tech. The receptionist was not professional that whole office need to be uhaul.

My first visit was very encouraging. I injured my sholder badly and Dr Duffield fit me in same day, after seeing my famly Doc. His office scheduled an MRI for the following week and discussed two treatment options with me depending on the outcome of the MRI. He made me feel like he genuinely cared and that he was confident in his abilities. At this point, after one visit, I recommend him for you or your family.
