Dr. Mark Alee Ebadi, MD

Dr. Ebadi and staff are very efficient. The office is clean with a comfortable and tastefully decorated lobby.The wait time is very small if at all. Dr. Ebadi is very professional as well as personable. He’s willing to check to see if you have a treatable issue. Thanks to he and staff, I have a greater understanding of the difference between allergies and intolerance. I would highly recommended to anyone seeking and Allergist/ Immunologist.

Takes the time to find out what your needs are and discusses the options. I have never felt and yet he is usually close to the appointment time. Highly recommended. I have referred both friends and clients.

He told me that he tells his staff every day that there is one person he is here to help with their issues and I was that person that day. He gave me medicine to help with my sinus issues and I have been able to breathe out of my nose for the first time in years.

Not the best customer service. I called their office and after waiting a long time to speak with the operator, I the woman I talked to was full of attitude and was unwilling to work with me to get a simple fax sent from their office to my doctors. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and she never came back to my call. I finally hung up and called to talk to the manager. What was unfortunate was that it was the manager that was the rude person on the first call. I know this because she asked me if I was the customer that she put on hold the first time. The first she said she couldn't fax w/o a written consent and she couldn't do it. The second call when I asked for a manager, she said she could do a verbal consent?! Where is the consistency? Customer reviews speak volumes for patients like me who want a good quality service and their manager and inconsistency had made my mind up that I would not go back to this place again. I wonder how many more patients they lose because of the… poor customer service.

Dr. Ebadi and all of the staff at Colorado Allergy are outstanding! From scheduling to check in and each appt., they are friendly and professional. You really get the sense that they care about what they do. Dr. Ebadi is a wonderful physician and a great guy! He listens, and addresses all needs and concerns at each appt. We started seeing him when my son's eczema was out of control and his pediatrician didn't know what to do. After seeing Dr. Ebadi, he was like a new kid in just one week! Now my self, my parents, and my close friends are all patients at this practice. This is the place to come for anyone who suffers from allergies and asthma. You will not receive better care anywhere else!!!
