Dr. Mark Brian Ellis, DO

Dr Ellis is an overall very peculiar Dr. He goes way overboard in trying to have a good bedside manner to the point that he makes me and my 13 year old daughter VERY uncomfortable. His staff is odd also. Lacadasical attitude throuought the while facility. He does and cannot see his patients if they are admitted to the local hospital which is very disturbing, Leaves me to wonder why he cannot. Did he do something so wrong that they banned him from the hospital. You can make a same day appointment most of the time but I think that's because he does not have many return patients. Weird weird weird is all I can say. I recommend trying web MD first because that's what they are going to do to diagnose your problem when you get there.

A person would be off treating themselves from information gathered from the internet.

Entire office experience was good, Dr. Ellis was very welcoming and very helpful. Was very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Ellis is a personable doctor - friendly and nice. However, many questions I had, I felt he didn't have the answer for...I felt they were basic questions, answers that I expect I am paying a doctor for. I was given a prescription that they were unable to get and the nurse told me to go make phone calls on my own to all the pharmacies even when I expressed trouble in doing so. Isn't that what the doctor's office should be doing? On top of that, I was fully charged for a 10 minutes visit with the doctor when they didn't fulfill what they were supposed to do AT ALL(ex: wrote a prescription that wasn't used and no services were done).I would not recommend to a friend but then again, I don't know how much better the doctors are in Enterprise itself but I will look elsewhere.

2 times the staff has not got back to me within the last 3 weeks..wonder if my insurance is paying on time...lol
