If I could give zero stars I would. I called to get an appointment for my daughter and was given one two months away, the staff insisted on it to be within school hours even though I asked many times to have it after school, because the "policy" says it has to be three hours new patient appointment, I explained that all I needed is fifteen minutes with the doctor without skin tests just to make sure her medications are right, and they refused, the "policy" is more important than patients and their need, I asked to be seen by another doctor at CHOC, they said the "policy" applies to all, how about some patient-centered care for a change? I did not see Dr. Ellis or another doctor at CHOC, because they are more important than patients.Horrible experience.

Best group for allergy treatment. I have been using their immunology group since 1988. I have no allergies and have all kinds of pets including two cats. Dr Ellis is top notch and so is the staff on hand. Billing department included.

This doctor was amazing and he helped my child's immune system a lot !!! I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Ellis.

Dr.Ellis has helped my son tremndously. I can not recommend him strongly eough. However, going to his office and dealing with the staff is very unpleasant. The people who work there are rude, hurried and do not want to explain protocol and why you are doing what you are doing. It is a very confusing system and they are very defensive if you try to ask quesions. It would very helpful if they would have a standard brochure/ paper that explains the whole shot system, how long it goes on and what the schedule is.

Dr. Ellis helped my daughter avoid a second sinus surgery, got my husband back on his feet from a serious lung problem and for many years has kept the entire family as free of allergy symptoms as possible in Southern California. We feel like part of the family at this office and have appreciated the personalized care provided by all.

Dr. Ellis gave my husband and I answers when no one else could about our son's asthma. He is professional, thorough and kind. We are so happy we changed doctors and are grateful for Dr. Ellis' care!
