Dr. Mark Fasulo JR., MD

Admitted at 3pm and sitting in the ER, this abysmal excuse for a physician never came to the ER to meet me. Instead, he decided to go home knowing he had a new patient with no care in the world for his new patient. He then decided to write orders, again without ever even meeting me. Every patient has a eight to be involved in their health care plan and this doctor couldn't have cared less about me or my right to be involved in MY plan of care. I would never recommend this individual for anyone's care.

My mother in law was admitted to Baptist Hospital at 8 a.m. yesterday with atrial fibrillation. Dr. Fasulo was consulted to come see her. She was told he would see her at 9:00 a.m. today. He never showed up. Nurses called and they kept being told that he would come see her. Ultimately, they had to call in another cardiologist to come see her 36 hours after she was admitted. It is unbelievable that he would be so careless and lack the professional courtesy and compassion to follow through on his consultations. This is not the quality of care that should be provided to an 83 year old patient. I will never recommend him to anyone.
