Scheduling staff rude and hung up on me twice

Was referred to Dr. Fedder for colonoscopy, talked with Debbie and Amy in his office to schedule the appointment. They were both very pleasant and helpful. Used a prep that I had to drink only 5 oz(2 times), so easy. Met Dr. Fedder right before the procedure he was very kind and friendly. The procedure was quick and pain free. I was tired the day of the procedure but back to myself the following day. Would definitely recommend Dr. Fedder.

The only doctor I know that when he smiles it reaches his eyes. Very honest and kind.

I think it is EXTREMELY inappropriate for a professional to inadvertently call someone a liar. I also feel like if they tell you one thing at one appointment, they shouldn't change what they said at the next, for instance if there is more than one medicine that can be used to treat nausea and heartburn, which in this day and age we ALL are smart enough to know that there are MANY medications that one can try!!! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this man and am SHOCKED that he is able to keep is license!!

I went to Dr. Fedder for a colonoscopy. Although the doctor does not put you to sleep during this procedure and there is some degree of sensation it is not unpleasant. You can also see what the doctor sees on the monitor if you want. I have no problem going to Dr. F for my follow-up in 5-years.

I've seen this doctor several times. Had colonoscopies. He did well and was informative. Considerate. No complaints.

My 84-year old mother had to undergo a colonoscopy after already spending an exhausting week in the hospital. Dr. Fedder was very kind, answered all her questions, spent time with her, and provided a detailed explanation to me of her (thankfully) good results. I was very happy with Dr. Fedder.
