Dr. Mark Edward Feinerman, MD

Doesn’t listen, ask questions or let you speak, will jump to conclusions about a diagnosis based on labs that are non-specific. I’ve never been gaslit by a doctor until I had my appointment with Dr. Feinerman. And then, charts in a hostile manner and documents things that you don’t say. I had a procedure scheduled for May, which was the first available, and he said “well hopefully you’ll make it until then”. I said, if you think it’s that urgent, ask your staff to schedule me sooner. But what he charted, was that I said I didn’t want to wait and “she wants the correct diagnosis NOW”. Horrible experience. I wish there was an option for zero stars. In this time of my life, where things are uncertain, I could’ve used a little compassion and understanding, but he’s clearly more interested in being right, and having diagnostic tunnel vision than listening to, and caring for his patients.

I couldn't ask for anything more. He has performed two colonoscopies on me. Despite removing a dozen polyps the first time, I felt no pain, or suffered any other discomfort. That is no small accomplishment considering that I was informed about problems to expect afterwards, even for a normal procedure with no polyps. Though obviously a very busy person, he did make sure that I understood the results of my procedures.

He makes patients feel like their stomach problem is all in thier head. He was rude and brought me to tears. I was in pain and he didnt care. He makes me feel like I didnt matter and he even walked out and left me crying. I dont care why he got his schooling done for a docter to be so unkind and unfriendly and show no compasion make me know I will never go back to him and I will also let everyone I can about him and make a complaint.
