Dr. Mark Allan Feldner, MD

Rude from the second he walked in. Never asked about the concerns I discussed with him. Didn’t check my neck lymph nodes or thyroid. Argued with me about an appt date and said are you telling me the computer lies? Showed him the date on my phone and he found appointment. He did not express any interest or ask about any of my concerns or issues I was having. He did not look back at my health record to see “for my physical” that we had been keeping an eye on a certain lab…I had to have him called back in the room regarding that and another lab. He had the most arrogant rude attitude, asking me if I needed something. He said I never followed up lol that’s one of the reasons for a physical is to follow up with healthcare and do a check-up. There really is so much more to how poorly I was treated. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a person that you confide in and trust with your health. He is NOTHING like his father. His father was the BEST doctor who listened, showed concern… was kind and made sure you received the treatment that you needed. I miss that guy so much. His dad would be disgusted with the way he treated this patient, his dads old patient. His dad considered his patients as family and had a genuine concern for his patients and their treatment. NEVER going back there. His initial time in the room was less than 5 minutes.

Wonderful doctor. Wonderful staff.

took my son there 25 yrs. ago I new he had earaches argued with me and said oh yes he does., I wouldn't send my dog to him

He can be rude, and he doesn't listen. He wants to control your health car, not help you manage it. His staff is less than courteous, as well.

He lies.

My husband and I are very happy to have Dr Feldner and continue to see him in spite of the fact that we have moved away from the area and have to travel a distance for office visits. I am very particular about my medical care and not easy to please, but have always been very satisfied with the treatment and care received from Dr. Feldner. I find that dealing with the St John facility is also a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend doctor. Spends time with his patients, explains everything clearly and easily understood, caring, thorough, with an excellent staff behind him.
