I had very high hopes for this appointment as I have been in pain for over three months. I was expecting an MRI but what I got during the visit however was a very late doctor who recommended injections and said he did not need an MRI. He then basically threw me out of the door so he could probably get to his next pin cushion. I would not recommend this provider. I still do not understand how he recommends a procedure and not get an MRI or even any xrays? Its like a captain navigating without any map?

Full rush mode during my visit. I was looking for some insight into my pain but I received no help at all.

My experience was not good. I found that he provided me with inaccurate information that caused me more pain and unnecessary treatment

Showed up late more than 45 minutes to a morning appointment, did not look or show me the MRI, and basically rushed me through the appointment probably because he was running behind. He then recommended injections and seemed to be surprised I did not want to have them despite the fact that he was late and he never examined me or show me the MRI. Do not go there!

Brought my mom-in-law to him, referred by her cardiologist. She has severe stenosis with neuropathy. She can barely walk and no doctors or NPs have helped her or manage her pain. She has been dismissed, invalidated, neglected by pcps and pain clinics. Given meds that dont work no matter how high the dosage.. Dr Finno knew right away after looking at her mri images that this pain is real and she is not getting the care she needs. He’s ordered a new mri and is sending her to his partner Dr Zannikos in their Natick office (the surgeon). And also recommends she find a pain clinic that WILL manage her pain. She’s been to the ER from bad neuropathy flare ups and those doctors also told her to find someone that will help her, they said she shouldn’t have to go to the ER where she could get sick from exposure. Dr Finno listened and knew exactly what she needed. He’s fantastic and brilliant. And a fast talker! You’ll get a lot from one visit lol

I went to Dr. Finno with a work-related back injury. He was convinced the pain I was experiencing was just a muscular reaction to the incident and there were no spinal issues to be concerned with. He did not want to take x-rays, nor employ any other form of examination. In his own words, "It's too complicated to schedule those things." He advised against seeing a chiropractor because "he didn't like them," and did not even try to accrue physical therapy for me. His "treatment" was to keep pushing myself until I was better. After 2 months of wasting my time, on our last appointment, even when I reported that I was still experiencing symptoms and pain, he told me to go back to full duty. He said I was feeling the way I was feeling because I wasn't getting to do the things I wanted. He discontinued my visits unless my symptoms got worse. To conclude, I've been going to a chiropractor, against Dr. Finno's advice, and my entire back and body feel SO MUCH BETTER. Thanks, Dr. Finno.

He read my MRI, expertly located the problem and discussed options for treatment. He then patiently explained everything to me in a clear language that left me feeling confident and comfortable about the injection procedure. His professional, yet personal, approach put me at ease and I would highly recommend him. His staff was knowledgeable and friendly and accommodated my scheduling requests. I am finally feeling relief after weeks of pain, thanks to Dr. Finno!
