I think you handled me poorly. You were slow to treat my issues. You missed the fact that I have had a Heart murmur since it was identified when I was just 10 years old. After taking over 3 hours to transfer me to the main Saint Lukes Plaza, the brain bleeding that was going on the entire time I was in your care. Even thought you first identified that I was confused...yet you do nothing. Now I will permanently be affected with Pure Alexia, 25% of my vision blind, and nearly 2 years of PT still going on. The really outstanding Dr's who took care of me at the main Saint Luke's Plaza, took the blood out of my brain, then had to replace the damaged valve in my heart nearly 3 weeks AFTER you couldn't even identify my bad heart.... I guess I was lucky I didn't have to put my heart in your hands. You know who I am.... apparently, my case is now very well known at Saint Luke's.
