Dr. Francis You have a wonderful staff, also you have Johanna Tschanz she is wonderful, she's always find out what's wrong with me, she always look after me trying to see what she can do to help me with my conditions I might be the most difficult patients, but she always there when we need her. Dr. Francis you have the best NP Thank You So Much Johanna for everything.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The worst doctor visit I have had in my life. His staff is HORRIBLE! If you are going there during the pandemic, think twice. Staff (Jennifer in particular) have a very cavalier attitude regarding COVID-19. Came in contact with four staff members the during my visit each with the mask half on. When I asked Jennifer to wear the mask properly, she got angry and told me to go elsewhere to get my blood drawn. I called back to talk to the doctor, they told me the doctor was very angry, then proceeded to fabricate the events of my visit. Wait room is less than six feet wide so you cannot social distance and they book multiple people at once without social distance protocols. I spent 2 hours in this office and still no physical. Blood pressure cuff did not work, so no blood pressure and no blood work. The staff are absolutely horrible people. DO NOT GO THERE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

I was looking for a doctor for my husband, the staff that took my call was incredibly rude to me just for asking questions. No empathy no professionalism, I’ve never been treated so badly for making a call and asking questions. They were also not helpful at all in helping me figure out other resources. The woman who took my call just hung up on me. Terrible! I hope they are never in a situation that requires help. I wouldn’t waste my time at this doctor’s office only to be treated inhumanely. I needed help and they shut the door in my face.

I had seen Dr Francis and he really listens to you. He listened to my symptoms and found out that I had a medication withdrawal. I followed his instructions and they helped.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago, I called today to confirm and the front desk woman said she had no record of said appointment. I rescheduled. Things changed on my end and I needed to cancel, called three times to cancel. Twice the phone gave the “busy” time and once it rang non stop. The front desk woman called me 30 minutes after the time of my appointment and asked where I was. I informed her I attempted to cancel and her response was “that’s impossible” Dr. Francis, you need to get this old, incompetent, extremely abrasive woman, out of your office. I will never return solely because of her.

I have been seeing Dr. Francis for several years. He has had a good bedside manner and I trusted his experience. I'm giving a bad review based on greed which consequently makes me feel that he and/or his office does not really care about me or my health, or anyone else's for that matter; it's all about the $$$$. Also, I am giving a bad review on the part one of his office staff, named Jennifer, who has been VERY rude on many occasions with both my wife and I. My wife had to cancel an airline flight because she was terribly sick and not able to fly. She went to see him for treatment, along with a thyroid check. For reimbursement of the airfare, the travel insurance required a simple one-page form, filled out and signed by the doctor (front page only and only a few questions). She didn't have the form with her at the time of the visit and dropped it off at Dr. Francis's office at a later date. Dr. Francis's told us that to fill out the form and sign it, she would have to… make a followup appointment, which consequently costs $95! Again, this is not for a diagnosis or treatment of any sort and is only for a signature and to fill out a few questions on the front page of a sheet for a visit that she had already paid $95 for. I personally have been nickeled and dimed issues by Dr. Francis for various little issues too. It's kind of odd that a good friend of ours upon hearing the name Dr. Francis, he had nothing good to say. Needless, to say, both my wife and I chose to never set foot in Dr. Francis's practice again.

A+ I never have trouble getting an appointment and the office staff is always friendly and welcoming as well as Dr. Francis, the office is clean and everything is done in a very orderly and professional matter. Thankful for his service in our community!

For Houston/Tomball/Cypress area I get a more "hometown" feel after my first appointment with Dr. Francis. I had an URI. I knew I had an URI. Dr. Francis is treating me for an URI. I am also having some issues with severe headaches, etc. No more unnecessary testing until we try some less expensive alternatives due to a hardship in my family right now. It means the world to me to find a doctor willing to help us, listen, and CARE!!! I needed an antibiotic for respiratory infection I just couldn't afford $178 lab fee. So that's what Dr. Francis is. He is good people!

Dr. Francis is great. Unfortunately the opposite is the case with his staff. I don't know if they have too many patients or if the staff just stinks, but either way I am sadly faced with having to find another doctor who's staff is more customer friendly.
