I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a nice guy. But I went to him for a septoplasty 2 years ago. I thought it was great at first. Then one side of my nostril on the inside started to swell which has NEVER happened before. Went in and asked him about it and he said it was allergies. That didn’t make sense to me. He then performed a turbinate reduction because he said that was what the problem was. Didn’t help at all so I took off more time from work and a useless procedure. Went back once again and he referred me to the allergist. Did a whole allergy test and was told I need to be on all kinds of medication and get pillow cases. I did ALL OF THAT with no relief. I don’t understand how my ALLERGIES could cause this problem when it’s never happened before and it’s only ONE nostril? So I moved to Florida and got a consult with a plastic surgeon here. They told me it’s not allergies and he just did a terrible job on my surgery, botched my nose,… and made my cartilage crooked. An issue I’ve never had before in my life. So now I have to get a third procedure and take more time off because I can’t even breathe through one side of my nose because it’s swollen 24/7 for the past two years. If you care at all about your health, DO NOT GO TO HIM. he may act nice and act like he cares, but he will mess you up for the rest of your life. Extremely disappointed.

Better results post op than I thought! Dr. Mark is professional, caring, honest, straightforward, excellent bedside manner, truly cares. His nurse Andy gets back to you right away. Office visits...prepare for a long wait! Worth it for the doc I want! If you have a small child that doesn’t need to be there, don’t bring them...wait is too much for them. If you have to take your child, be prepared with snacks, activities, walks and remind nurses you have a small one!

Best service received at a doctors office in a long time. Staff was pleasant, nurse (Mary) was wonderful and Dr. Frattali was very professional, great bedside manner. My son was a little nervous but was quickly at ease. Absolutely will go back!!!
