Dr. Mark Edward Freeman, MD

During a laser hair removal session, the technician used a green marker on my legs. The laser's heat reacted with the ink, triggering a severe thermal reaction that burned the pigment into my skin. This caused painful, red burn lines that have now resulted in tattoo-like scarring. I received no follow-up care after this injury. There was no medical treatment plan and no communication from Dr. Freeman. I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for urgent care and a dermatologist to create a long-term treatment plan for my recovery. A refund was never offered. The office's priority was collecting photographs, not providing patient care. I received conflicting information from staff, demonstrating a total breakdown in communication. Despite my requests, Dr. Freeman never performed an examination or contacted me, failing basic duty of physician oversight. Now, over a month after my injury, I have yet to hear from Dr. Freeman. I cannot say if this represents a singular case of patient… abandonment, or the standard of care at this practice. I strongly caution potential patients. Post-procedure care is crucial, and in my case, it was completely absent.

I had the absolute best experience I could have had through the explant process (full en bloc capsulectomy) with Dr, Mark E Freeman in Idaho Falls at Freeman Plastic Surgery. Him & his entire team were THE most knowledgeable, respectful, professional, kind, gentle, caring, & understanding that I could have ever asked for through my journey of explanting. I am INCREDIBLY grateful of my choice in the surgeon I chose for this big decision I made of explanting. His background is amazing and very impressive. I hope everyone that is around the area of Idaho Falls chooses him to do their surgeries..I drove nearly 5 hours multiple times to see him and his team because they are just that good! Letecia is who I spoke to mostly and was extremely helpful through my whole process. Super, super happy with everything. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you, Dr. Freeman and everyone at Freeman Plastic Surgery for everything you have done, here's to the rest of my healing process!!

i recently had a consultation for breast augmentation with Dr. Freeman. What a fun office! From the receptionist to the care coordinator Kim they were all so friendly and smart. Any question I asked they knew the answer! I cannot wait to get my surgery done which will be very soon!! They also have a medspa which I am excited to try as well!! Thank you Kim and Dr Freeman for helping me be so excited to move forward!

Dr. Mark Freeman and his staff have been amazing!! Dr. Freeman has helped me take the horrible experience of a Double Mastectomy and reconstruction and helped me stay positive. His warm smile and his kindness brings you peace and confidence that all will be ok. He takes time to ask about how you are, how you feel and re-assures you. He helps you stay calm when things might not be going as fast as (we would like) and ends every visit with a smile and lots of love and compassion. His staff is just as loving and friendly. I was a cancer patient in 2006 and have been very self conscious since having breast cancer. I have struggled in many ways because I knew there was a big difference and I was afraid others would notice. When I went in for my consultation with Dr. Freeman he made me feel very good about my decision and spent as much time as needed to explain to me what he would have to do to fix the problem. He told me if I had any questions to feel free to call. He has a great bedside manor and made me feel very important. I would recommend him to anyone.
