Dr. Mark Anthony Galles

I have had several doctors in the Warren group doctors. This is one I have come respect and honor for his faithful and honest care and respect of the adult patient. Dr. Galles, works well to refer patients when needed and get quality care to the patient each and every time. Excellent staff he works with as well.

I've been his patient for 15+ years and feel lucky to have found him. He is very sincere, compassionate, will take the time necessary to understand, and offers sound medical advice. I trust and value his judgment, appreciate his prompt MyChart responses to my questions and have zero criticism or complaints. In my book he's a definite winner!

Mark Gallas treated my mother, my wife and I for several years. As an attorney that represented a large hospital in Illinois, I know dozens of doctors and consider Mark Gallas to be among the very best and Ursala, his nurse is considerate and efficient. The only way I can understand the adverse reviews is that he treats many older patients, some of whom are likely to complain. If you want a good considerate doctor with a great nurse, get Mark and hope that these complainers go somewhere else to make room for people who appreciate a good MD and staff.

Head nurse can't seem to get prescriptions called into right place, mail verses local pharmacy. Messes up on ordering, costing on just 1 script $105, has happened numerous times over last 3 yrs. Can't let Dr knew, he'll just tell you "maybe this isn't the place for you anymore". I was expecting the Dr say he would talk to her, get her to slow down and double check what she was doing......but NO! She even ordered wrong physical therapy and denied it but I verified with the therapy center. Dr Galles ordered an MRI of the brain but failed to tell me I have had a stroke. Found out by my neurologist, who said the Dr might want me on blood pressure &/or cholesterol meds but he never responded to my call

Dr. Galles and his staff treated my dad for several years before my dad passed away recently. My dad thought very highly of Dr. Gallas and I would recommend him to anyone.

A VERY PROFESSIONAL CARING DR

My wife and I have used Dr. Galles as our primary care physician for several years and have been exceptionally pleased with him and his staff. We've recommend him to several of our friends.

Dr. Galles is decent as far as experience, but tends to dismiss some symptoms as "getting older". The office staff is horrible. His head nurse (or assistant) acts like she doesn't know what's going on. We are trying to convince my parents to switch doctors because of the incompetence of the staff, but they really like Dr. Galles.

We like Dr. Galles, however, his head nurse neglected to call timely with important information for my elderly mother. She also gave her the wrong prescription and directions for a procedure. She claimed they had a "new computer system" that she could not figure out. Could have been a dangerous error on her part.If it were just Dr. Galles, we would be happy, but dealing with her is scary.
