Dr Garrett did a great job fixing me. I was so nervous because of my age. It’s been 3 months since my suboccipital craniotomy laminectomy with Chiari malformation decompression surgery. I’m already back at the gym walking on the treadmill, using light weights and back to cleaning my house by myself thanks to Dr. Garrett and his team. Everyone was amazing. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Doctor, surgery went excellent, recovery is progressing very well. Doctor Garrett and his P.A. Krista are both excellent and show genuine concern for your well being. I very highly recommend this gifted team to provide you with outstanding medical care and support.

Dr. Garrett is the most kind, compassionate doctor I have ever seen. He genuinely makes you feel like he cares and never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. He does a great job of explaining things in great detail in a way a normal person can understand. I am so happy that I found him and I am under his care.

Held on with Dr Garrett as long as I could without insurance coverage. Mostly due to his leniency charging ( not) me for consultations. He was my go to Neurological resource. I had seen probably 5 to 10 Neurologists and Neurosurgeons over the last few years. Not to mention the number of pain management Dr's I saw. Everything that Dr Garrett said, often in sharp disagreement with other neurologists., turned out to be on the target. I went to Mayo a couple times and they almost verb atim repeated what Dr Garrett had said. There were times that he would spend 45 minutes to an hour in his office with me explaining my situation using MRIs and other visual tools. I'm going to miss his consultations and the trust of having him perform surgery on me. I'm going to do everything possible to find insurance that will cover pre-existing and have DR Garrett in network. He's the best I've ever seen!

I have seen Dr Garrett a few times. He & his office staff are very friendly & they know what they are talking about. I will be having neck surgery soon & feel very confident

Doctor was over an hour late for our scheduled appointment No explanation, no apology. If you want rude and arrogant this is your man. AVOID

Dr. Garrett performed the second fusion to my cervical spine 09-25-2018. I was told by a Doctor in Santa Fe NM that he didn't think surgery would help me. I traveled from Santa Fe NM to Chandler for the surgery. The only way to express my experience was amazing. The team Dr. Garrett has assembled are all excellent and well trained. Before the surgery Both arms, hands, and fingers were numb, some feeling but diminished, As soon as I woke from the Anesthesia I felt better. A lot of the feeling had come back and within a week everything had returned to normal. Dr. Garrett has been in contact with me throughout my recovery.
