Dr. Mark David Greenfield, MD

I have been going to Dr.greenfield since I was little girl I always thought he was a wonderful doctor and great with me and my brother and now my son. After going to Dr.Greenfields office after 15+ years I am very upset and disappointed in the Costumer service I received. I put my sons health in this teams hands, and I regret it! My son had a temperature of 102.5 for 2 days straight and wouldn't eat. I had spoke with a consultant nurse after hours and told me I needed to have him seen in the morning this is difficult situation for me since I am a single mother and work full time luckily my boss let me off to take him to see the doctor. I showed up for my appointment and had discovered my sons insurance had been cut off from the state I had no clue never received a notice. I asked the receptionist if I could just be billed for the appointment she told me no I would have to pay $116 up front. She had no concern of my sons health didn't recommend any where else I could take him just that… if I didn't have the money I couldn't be seen. After this visit at Dr. Greenfield's office it will be my last!

I had to change from this pediatrician after 2 years of crappy service. He overschedules his appointments and I always waited 25+ minutes to even see him...and when I did, he was very impersonal, was always in a hurry and I felt rushed out the door 100% of the time! He kept making me feel as tho I wasted my time coming into his office, rarely acknowledged my baby, and I always left his office with more questions than answers. Regardles of my son's symptoms, It was always a "varius"..he couldn't even diagnose my son right when he was sick with full blown nhemonia ,I had left his office & went straight to the ER...that's when they found out his left lung was filled with fluids..and he was put on 2 different antibiotics. I was done that day!!! Don't waste your time, he doesn't put in the effort.
