Dr. Mark Alan Greenfield, MD

I have seen Dr. Greenfield for at least 7 years now. He has helped me continue working. I have NEVER waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and no more than 5 minutes in the exam room before seeing him. The staff is excellent at receiving and sharing formation back and forth. Medication refills have never been a problem. His bedside manner is one that calms my anxiety, and he doesn’t try to talk me into any procedure I’m not comfortable with. My only concern is that he may be too conservative at times. While I am able to work, I do struggle most everyday with intense pain. I recommend him and his staff without reserve.

Called Dr. Greeenfield's office on Tuesday because of extreme paiin fully expecting to be told it would be several days but much to my surprise and relief they made room for me on Wednesday fitting me in. Professional and caring are the 2 best words I can come up with. He listened and certainly helped me. Sorry I didn't know about him sooner.

I was referred to him to get my pain pump implanted, after the dr. who managed lost his license I was sent back to Greenfield but I was fed the story he doesn't pain pumps anymore. He only implanted for a kickback and doesn't care what happens after. He knows how hard t is t find a Dr. to take over care if someone else implanted the pump. Just another crook

Great bedside manner. Friendly, listens and answers questions. Not hurried.

Caring and empathetic doctors are invaluable and Dr. Greenfield us golden.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Greenfield and his staff. I feel at home the minute I walk in the door. For 12 years I sat in a chair, I never left my house , unless to go to a Dr. and I have many. After the 1st year of care, I am up to walking 2 miles a day!

Very Exceptional and Sensational Doctor.

Dr. Greenfield is one of the most personable, professional, caring, and understanding physicians I have every visited. He and his staff are prompt and very good at what they do. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes when arriving for an appointment, even when I was considerably early. They have made sure to follow up with any questions I have as well as pharmacy and insurance issues. One example above all others should illustrate how committed Dr. Greenfield is to patient care--I had a procedure before Thanksgiving last year and was worried that the dressing and other bandages were not protecting the incision site. I called his office, thinking I would leave a message. Dr. Greenfield answered on Thanksgiving Day and took time to talk to me not only that day, but the next when his office was closed. I cannot more strongly recommend him and his staff. I have seen numerous doctors over the last ten years for pain management in Kansas City. He is, without caveat, the… best.
