Dr. Mark Christian Griffin, MD

I having been going to this clinic since 2005 they moved and it is a mess now, you leave mesages they do not get you back with you, doctor does not follow up on test he requested, had a receiptionist tell results of ultrasound on my thyroid for nodules and goiter. Does not review PT records for vertigo, months before they can follow up and guess you are to suffer for months. I use to see Dr. Trowbridge who was great but since retired. Maybe they are more interested in plastic surgery than ENT.

Dr Griffin is great in every way however his staff are unprofessional and rude. Aggressive and very inept. A doctor this good needs a better staff

Dr Griffin was recommended by my primary care physician following an auto accident. It was easy to get an appointment and I did not have a long wait. He looked at the scan that was done at the ER and confirmed that, yes, I had a broken nose. He was caring, nice, and explained my condition (broken nose) patiently and completely. However, for that single office visit, his office billed my insurance company $300 for a 15 minute visit. When I called at a later date to get a copy sent elsewhere, his staff launched into a lengthy explanation of what it would take them to send that copy and felt it necessary that I needed to understand it all. Why? Just send it.

DR. Griffin is an amazing doctor. My daughter had severe facial injuries when she was seen by him. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he is also very caring and compassionate. It's something I haven't seen in too many doctors. Thank you Doctor Griffin. My daughter is doing well.

Iv been going to Dr Griffin since he started at St Marys.He is one of the best ENT doctors whom diagnosed me after many other previous ear surgeries done by other ENTs. He knew right away what I had and now am taken care of well with 1 year follow ups or as needed. I give all my thanks to him for saving my hearing on many occasions!!!
