I've been seeing Dr Hall for app 2 years and could not be more impressed with his professional and knowledgeable approach to my unique medical condition being a diabetic,,his staff along with Dr Hall goes beyond to always make sure I'm ok,,,He has excellent bedside manners and his honesty is next to no other podiatrist I've seen over the years.I'm very happy with Dr Hall and his staff

I developed a painful infection in toe that Dr. Hall removed an ingrown toenail. I was especially concerned since I am diabetic. I called Friday night, got his emergency number and called it Saturday morning. Since I did not receive any response, I went to a walk-in clinic. I was prescribed an oral antibiotic. I did not hear from Dr. Hall’s office until Monday morning. I asked why the doctor provided an emergency number if he did not respond to calls.she could not explain why and asked f I wanted to see Dr. Hall this morning. I told her no thank you, I would not be returning to the practice.

I had Sinus Tarsi Surgery with another Podiatrist Dr. Kevin Lapoff, that botched the surgery and left me in pain, not calling me back twice when I called his office. I called Dr. Hall, asked his receptionist if he did this surgery, and that I already had it and still had pain. She consulted with Dr. Hall and I was told yes. When I went to him on 6-5-19, the first thing he said was that he didn't like to do this type of surgery. I showed him 2 MRI reports, before and after the surgery, and he didn't want to take the time to view the MRI CD or see me walk. He tells me all the things that can be done to my foot, then tells me to wait another month to see if the pain is still there. Then he tells me that he is a friend of Dr. Lapoff, and thinks he's a great doctor. He tells me that he will consult with him on me. I told him I didn't think that was a good idea, and that Dr. Lapoff would be insulted… that I went for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Hall told me that he would not be insulted, and that it is perfectly normal to seek a 2nd opinion in a case like this. It was after this, that Dr. Lapoff never called me back. I went back to Dr. Hall on 9-6-19, and he gave me the same speeches on what he could do, never examined my foot or observed me walking on it, didn't read the MRI discs, then told me to go to another doctor that was better at these types of things. I called that doctor, who refused to accept my insurance I called back Dr. Hall's office, and told the receptionist that the doctor he gave me didn't accept my insurance. She calls me back and gives me another doctor, who again, refused to accept my insurance. This is the kind of useless person Dr. Hall is. First he had business to treat my condition, instead, all he did was give me a prescription for pain medication that I could have gotten from any doctor. I told him I did not want to live the rest of my life on pain medication. Then after 2 paid office visits he decides he doesn't want to get involved with my problem, and hands me off to doctors without asking them if they accept my insurance. As the referring doctor, it is his job to find another doctor that accepts my insurance, and that was told to me by my insurance company. So what did Dr. Hall do for me ? Nothing but waste my time and money, prolong my suffering, until I went to someone else. But he took 2 co-payments from me for $60 and then billed my insurance. As I said, a LAZY, USELESS, TIMEWASTER ! I went to another podiatrist, who was much younger than Dr. Hall, who first of all, took the time to read my MRI CDs, examined my foot, and had me walk for a while in his office to see how I walk. Some things Dr. Hall never did. Then he disputed the suggestions Dr. Hall gave me. Then he gave me an injection of a different type of medicine in another area, to see if it had an effect on the surgery area or a different area. Then he told me the other treatments he would give me if needed in the future, including surgery. He also told me that he can and will treat me, no matter what. That's the difference between Dr. Hall and his friend Dr. Lapoff.
