It is this trust that gives you the privilege to use your own hands to help them heal and beat their illness.”Specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgery to treat colorectal cancer, Dr. Hanna is passionate about offering his patients the latest surgical options which enable faster recovery, decreased postoperative pain and shorter hospital stay.Dr. Hanna received his medical degree from American University of Beirut Medical School and completed his internship at University of Maryland Medical Center and his residency training at University of California Irvine Medical School. He then completed a combined colon and rectal surgery fellowship at New York Presbyterian — Weill Cornell Medical …Center/Columbia University Medical Center as well as the renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.Currently, Dr. Hanna is an assistant clinical professor in the Division of Colorectal Surgery, Department of Surgery, at City of Hope.
