Dr. Mark Thomas Hash, DO

I seen Dr hash for almost six months it took along time to get insurance.when I got insurance an my referral to specialist he refused to write nessary medication to last till I got to specialist knowing my condition even going as far as throwing my chart up the hall way in front of nurses an staff an saying f him using the word and refused to help me that's the most unprofestional man I've ever meet as well as cold hearted to cuss a christian that works instead of living off the government if he done this to me he will do it to anyone

Dr. Hash was suppsoed to be the Dr. supervising my weight loss program, instead on my first visit I was given an Rx with an Doctor's name on it that was not Dr. Hash, he did not explain to me that the Rx I was being given was addicting and I never saw him again and he never followed up with my progress in the program that I am aware of. Not only did this happen, but he affiliated himself with a practice which was determined to be in violation of Florida rules, had people pretending and presenting themselves as "Nutritionists" and "Nurses" who were not even licensed in the State of Florida. Then once this all came out and Dr. Hash was arrested he was back working in the office 2 days later with felony charges pending against him. What sort of Dr. are you? And here I trusted my health to his care.
