Dr. Mark Eugene Heiny, MD

Our family has been working with Dr. Heiny since 2003. He is a remarkable physician with the BEST bed-side manner you will ever find. He knows his patients and their families. His compassionate care goes above and beyond anything you could imagine in the medical world. To him, my daughter is not just another patient, but someone whom he has come to know and care about as if she were family. That means a great deal when your'e dealing with chronic disease. On this morning, I received a disturbing call that my daughter needs to be scheduled to see a different doctor. This does NOT work for me. She's not just a patient, but Dr. Heiny's patient. Whatever is going on at Riley - they need to FIX it!

Dr. Heiny is an excellent doctor. He reallu loves asnd cares about his patients. He is also very knowledgable in his field of practice.!!!!!

He is very caring and takes his time to study all aspects of the childs diagnosis. He took so much time and energy in my son.My son has Van Willebrands Disease. And since Dr. figuered it out my sons does not get hematomas as much. Especially the ones that need to be surgically removed. He is so thorough. And of course with Riley Hospital working with him he is unstoppable.
