Dr. Mark Heinrick Hermanoff, MD

Do not see this horrible person he has no business calling himself a doctor.

I am compelled to write this review because my experience with Dr. Hermanoff was that awful. I was referred to Dr. Hermanoff by a dermatologist to do patch testing for an unknown cause for an itchy rash that I have had for 8 to 10 months. I saw Dr. Hermanoff for a total of 5 minutes (not exaggerating) during my 3 visits to apply the patches and read them in the 2 follow up visits. His nurse, Jackie applied the patches, another nurse removed the patches at my second visit and his nurse Jackie explained the results in my third visit. Dr. Hermanoff did pretty much nothing. I found him to be dismissive, uncommunicative, and not at all helpful. His nurse, Jackie is everything he is not. She went over the results and gave me 500 pages of names of products that I could safely use to possibly avoid my itchy rash.Also, it was unclear to the people at the front desk that all three appointments would be covered under one copay and I was asked for a copay at each visit. All in all my experience… was totally disappointing, and I will not return to this doctor nor would I recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor committed to solving their issues, who is a good listener, who will treat your issue with new eyes and not with a preconceived diagnosis.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Shows great interest in each patient.
