I went to Dr. Herschel for cataract surgery which is coming soon. He took the time to explained all my concerns, he has excellent bed side manners, he listens to you and he cares. The staff at Magruder is fantastic. My thanks to Mia, she explained everything regarding everything concerning insurance, which plan to choose for the surgery and acted fast regarding everything single questions and solving it, compassionate, caring and great. Gloria, what can I say, she is great, take the time to call you back even after hrs as well and taking care that your papers are in order and all is perfect the way it should be for you. Very compassionate and caring. Yesenia, surgery scheduler for Dr. Herschel. She is caring, she also call you back to accommodate you the best way for you. If there’s a cancellation she will call you back to accommodate you. Jade, thank you for going the extra mile when I walk in with an emergency last week prior to surgery. To everyone at Magruder my deepest… appreciation to all of you. This makes me feel very comfortable going into my surgery this coming week. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless!!

Where he is s good doctor. I find it very uncomfortable with him because he very selddom smiles and does not have good “bedside manners”. Should be much more friendly and “SMILE”
