Dr. Mark John Holland, MD

I went to my appt on Saturday. We did a group session which Dr. Holland gave us a blow by blow review (which was awesome...with your own notebook) of weight loss, diet, etc., etc., including studies on the three meds he prescribes. He only does the oldie but goodies and truth be told, I felt very good about that, as in the fact that these 3 meds all have 30 years of solid patient, case study and analysis. Therefore, Dr. Holland customizes it to you and what will work best for you. Everyone was wonderful, staff and even other patients. I made friends with a couple in the lobby and we agreed this was the great because the facts were presented and we choose, yes or no. We all wish each other good luck and actually hoped to see each other again. I will recommend to my friends and family. Just do it. It is not that scary once you get through the group session. No regrets!!

I have gone to Dr. Holland over the last 30 yrs. when I've needed to drop some pounds. He is an excellent Dr. with common sense logic on weight loss. He has helped me, my mother and my sister. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
