Found Dr. Hroncich and staff to be helpful, courteous and efficient. Dr. was focused, thorough, and insightful in his interview and examination, explaining findings and plans.

I am a care taker for a patient of Dr. Hroncich's. It is nearly impossible to get through to the office. The average wait time on the phone for us is 30 minutes. Although he may be a very good doctor, the anxiety that my charge goes through trying to call to get test results is too much for her, she is 99 by the way. I spend may minutes of my time with her on hold trying to get through. Please Loyola fix this problem as my patient is now looking for a different doctor in a different system.

This is my mom's doctor. On average it is a 15-minute wait to reach them on the phone. I must call for my mom because it is too taxing for her to get thru. It has gotten worse since the merger with Loyola. We are looking for another doctor's office in the area.

He is a DOCTOR that answers all your questions, and makes you feel comfortable no matter what the problem is, he always takes enough time to answer any questions you may have.. to our family he is the best, and always seems up beat.

It begins From the front staff with Linda she is very prompt and courteous when you walk in, and if she sees your not feeling well, she comforts you, then to the medical assistant Susan: brings you to the exam room and does what she needs to do in a prompt and efficient manner very kind young lady. And for Dr. Mark Hroncik, he's a very smart man and very kind also.
