Dr. Mark J Humenik, DDS

This place is the worst dental office I have been to. Their front desk person Mary Beth made misleading statement about out of pocket cost, saying a few dollars expected for my teeth cleaning - this was before I visited. But actual bill showed a large amount after my insurance paid them more than $200 for one 45-minutes teeth cleaning! She was very mean, denying said the above even though I have text messages saved on my phone. She even threatened to send me to collection if I do not pay out of pocket cost. In addition, the dentist that cleaned my teeth tried to sell me xray exam when my last xray exam was only several months ago! She also asked me to come in for other cleaning 2 months later saying I need another cleaning (even though I already had 2 this year). This is a dishonest and greedy dental office in my opinion. I definitely would not recommend anyone to go.

Such a horrible experience. This dentist acts immature and rude and doesn’t like when he messes up and blames the patient. He could care less about anyone else but himself and his angry sister that runs the “office”. Mark should be ashamed for his unprofessionlism and mean hearted personality. He refused to fix what he messed up. I ended up going to a professional and repeatable dentist and I’m very happy now. Stay away from the joke.

The staff at the office of Dr Mark Humenik are professional, extremely personable and perform excellent work. Thanks to their wonderful work, I am a regular and consistent visitor to the dentist. They are like my extended family! In addition to being a great dental practice, they are actively involved in supporting both the local as well as global communities. Dr Mark, Mary Beth and Jennifer and the entire staff of the office get an A++ in my book. Regards. John J. Cherry, Jr.
