Dr. Mark Jacobson is a fantastic back doctor. He did a great job on my back. I’m pain-free. He’s very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what he needed to do to take away the pain. The operation went extremely well and three months later. I’m doing great. I highly recommend him to anyone. He knows what he’s doing.

Dr Jacobson is professional, courteous and willing to listen. He takes the time to answer questions and explain his answers. His staff is efficient and friendly and takes time to go the extra mile to do whatever you need. I always feel better after my visit.

Dr. Jacobson, is great! I’ve been a patient of his for four years and I can tell you I am completely satisfied. He is thorough and does not cut you off when either answering a question or relating a symptom. He is straightforward, but sympathetic. I’ve had two surgeries with him and if I need a third one, he will be the one I trust.

This last visit was my first with Dr. Jacobson that I needed to wait…he is usually on time. Perhaps he gave his prior patient the time necessary to answer all the patient’s questions, which is what he does with me and likely all of us who need extra time!

Waiting room was very crowded and parking was difficult because of the lack of parking spots. The office people are very nice and I did not have to wait long. Dr. Jacob was very thorough and to the point. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Excellent doctor.

While he wasn't able to help me, it is helpful knowing that my ailment isn't caused by my neck or spine. He was personable and listened to my concerns and offered suggestions for other avenues of treatment. If I had an issue with my neck I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call.
