As a doctor I think he is a professional that he knows a lot. As a humanity , there is no humanity. There is no care . Patients for him are not a human being. I am writing this as I am grieving the biggest lost in my life . Lost my mom under ignorance and careless of him. My mom had a throat cancer that she needed a big surgery including grafting , removing voice box , putting a hole in neck for breathing on end of May this year. Patient cured of cancer until the day she passed away. Follow up appointment on Sep with 2 more CT scan showed no recurrence. Last one was on Oct . We got excited that she will live until her next appointment scheduled by doctor on Dec 6. Unfortunately she could not make this appointment. She passed away on Dec 4. Reason ???? We do not know yet but definitely not a recurrence. Back to end of Oct my mom start feeling in able to eat. We got warned by him that this will happen but the problem start to detorrieted. I called the office on Nov 21 all what happened ,… they took to message and talk to nurse , nurse said drink fluid and go to ER for IV fluid if you can’t drink water . I told them how urgent is the call, who cares? We sent a message to the doctor , we can’t call him. Did he ever return call back ? No. One week after she started having a VERY painful swelling on right of her neck . Called doctor office , left a message with no answer . My mom went to her primary care doctor, he suggested her to go to ER suspecting having infections in her neck . Went to ER in Fairfax, they did scan and they said she has either abscess or neoplasm ( I would not suspect neoplasm since it’s very big within a month since her last scan was normal just a month ago) Also since it’s very painful . They called her doctor and he did not respond. They discharged her ( there is NO head and neck surgeon in OUR area ) God bless USA I wouldn’t even called it third world country . I would call it tenth world country if it is not worst. I went to her other primary care doctor on Dec 3 , she called him again , no answer . Doctor on call suggests antibiotics. Will you treat abscess by urgent surgery or antibiotics? My mom bleed out of her mouth , nose and opening on Dec 4 and passed away within 45 sec with NO warning . Seemed like it was just an abscess that erode a Major artery or vein and ruptured all my mom blood in my living room . I filing a complaint in his office now . Manager is trying to contact him . Guess what ? It’s 24 hours since I filed He did not respond to his office manager yet. He does not even read his emails to read the complaints. No one can call him , they can just reach him by email . I would ask to punish this criminal .
