I just took my child in for a wellness check up. Front staff was okay, the Nurse was very nice and made my child feel very comfortable and not scared. Dr.Josephson was great, very smart and took his time with my child to explain things for his age, made him comfortable, and understood. We had a great office experience.

This doctor is very kind and concerned. Listens to what you have to say but does spend a lot of time on computer so sometimes you are not sure what he is really hearing that you say. Have only had minor problems. His staff is of a real concern, hard to make appointment and sometimes are rude. Never informed of test results until I returned to office. Dr. said that was unacceptable but not sure if anything was ever done about it. I think he is a good doctor if he was the only one you had to deal with.
