Dr. Juzych needs to take his time and do his job. Maybe he was hunger or didn't feel comfortable in the room with me...not wait this man seen me twice before coming to speak with me and didn't even speak. We were less than 6ft apart. If you're a good ophthamology Mark you would've been more throughly and realize there was an issue with my eyes. DA!

Had an appointment for a over a month ago and had to wait for over a hour while my eyes were dilated. Other patients were repeatedly called before me and these patients had arrived after me. I had to ask the staff why was I being treated this way. When I finally did see the doctor he was very rule and unconcerned with my care. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I had an appt in Troy with this Dr for 4 months. I show up today and the desk..without a sense of concern or apology, advise me he cancelled all his appointments. NO CALL, no care from this office or any office. They stated they didn’t know why! Obviously my eye care is of no concern to them as a patient. I am so mad, I have NEVER been treated this way, ever! I went to him due to advanced glaucoma and with his credentials felt he was the one! My first appt, I didn’t even see him, I saw one of his residents. Well, he has good credentials, but they do me no good!

schedule is so overbooked that visits are rushed and communication almost absent.
