Words cannot express what a pleasure it was to meet Dr. Karolak and the ladies on his team. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment I was greeted with a warm and comforting voice. The young lady I spoke to was helpful, answered my questions and also provided helpful information. I live over an hour away from the office and it’s worth every minute! I would drive six hours if needed! After just 2 visits I feel better than I have in years and I am very thankful to Dr. Karolak for it! He is amazing at what he does but beyond that, his warmth and energy is special and is EXACTLY what is needed along with all the goodies his expertise has to offer.

I had the most amazing experience and results from my sub mental lipo and platysmaplasty. Dr. Karolak is an amazing surgeon and a kind person. The surgery was absolutely painless. I was awake during the procedure and felt NO pain at all. Afterwards Dr. Karolak checked on how I was doing later in the day which I thought was very kind. My pain afterwards was minimal, controlled with Tylenol, and basically gone after 2 days. It has now been two months and the results looked amazing right away, but keep improving every day. I’m sorry I didn’t do this procedure sooner. It has greatly improved my profile, making me look younger and thinner. I can’t recommend Dr. Karolak enough.

Having previously traveled well over an hour for my appointments with Dr. Karolak (He's THAT good!), I am thrilled that his new office in Wall is closer to home! A consultation with Dr. Karolak is nothing short of amazing. He listens to your concerns/needs, suggests appropriate procedures, discusses the processes and expected outcomes thoroughly and addresses any and all questions/concerns...all in a relaxed, unrushed manner. I have had CO2 laser resurfacing, Botox and Juvederm with Dr. Karolak and could not be more pleased with the results. I have been a patient of Dr. Karolak's for over 3 years. In the past, I had been to 2 other practitioners and Dr. Karolak is the best by far.

Congratulations on your new office in Wall, NJ! I have been a patient of Dr. Karolak’s for over four years. He is attentive (great bedside manner), patient and openly recommends, discusses and answers your questions on all alternatives so you can become a natural, younger version of you. I have had Botox, Juvéderm and other injectables with him and have had zero to minimal bruising unlike my past experiences with other practitioners. Dr. Karolak is a truly a caring and positive physician that always does his best for his patients.

I have had a few procedures done by both Dr. Chasin and Dr.Karolak including Restylane, Fraxel and Thermi Smooth for lower face. I was comfortable every time and got great results. The doctors are very honest, listen to what your expectations are, answer your questions.The staff is WONDERFDUL, as well. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Karolak at Reflections made my visit very pleasant. He made me feel very at ease! He's very knowledgable and doesn't force any procedures that you don't need! I had Botox and was extremely happy with the results! Will definitely refer him and go back to him for any other procedures in the future!

Went to Reflections Spa for Botox last week and met Dr. Karolak. He was fantastic and did a great job on my face. Went back for a follow up today and he was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend him!

I was at another doctor's office and he brought in Dr Karolak to look at my over 50 lower face. Dr. Karolak is very approachable, answered my questions, spent a considerable amount of time with me.
