Anyone that complains about this practice has issues. They are the most compassionate and caring people you will ever meet. A Christian office above that. Treatment is top of the line and I couldn't ask for any better for my family. My kids love it here also. I've been coming here for 20 years and started my kids here too. You will not be disappointed.

I don't know how anyone could say anything bad about this office. They are very professional and caring. The staff has been there for years and they work like a charm with Dr Kemp. He is the best dentist by far that I have ever seen. My kids LOVE to go to the dentist because of this office. They are all very professional and I am very confident in the treatment my family receives here.

Was less than 10 minutes late for an appointment. The front desk woman, Leanne rudely and combatively told me that she had cancelled my appointment. When I asked why, (I had been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment and was driving an hour away) she didn't give much of answer except slamming the window shut and walking off. (Come to find out, they had a scheduling mess up that they didn't want to own up to). When she finally emerges she brings the hygenist with her who says she'll only do my X-rays (wow thanks) but I could barely hear the hygienist bc Leanne is still screaming and over talking her and I! She then shouted in the waiting room information from my previous visit. (Very big no no). If a dentist is not even informed on HIPA laws and allows these type of people to work here--who knows what other shady stuff is going on. Would never let them touch my teeth again, my family has been going here for years and is switching and I also will be telling everyone I know to not support… this questionable practice.

do not waste your time. Cancelled my appointment after being less than ten minutes late and driving from out of town, rude, combative and nasty front desk staff. Would never spend my money here let alone let them touch my teeth.
