Dr. Mark Richard Klingensmith, MD

Dr. Klingensmith has taken care of my 96 year old mother for many years. He treats her with such caring and respect! Those criticizing his manner are ignorant to certain syndromes that may cause people to speak and interact differently from what they consider to be “normal!” They should educate themselves. We love and trust Dr Klingensmith and would go to no one else. He is knowledgeable and professional and has taken wonderful care of my mother.

My appointment was very rushed and felt very uncomfortable I was treated very disrespectful like I was bothering him despite being referred by my PCP.

Friendly office staff, reasonable wait time for appointments. The Dr is very professional and direct. I find that refreshing. I trust this MD.

Was very accommodating removing a hearing aid shield I got lodged in my ear.

This was the most unprofessional and uneducated doctors office I have ever been to. Everyone was extremely rude and no one knew what they were doing or talking about. They broke HIPPA violations right in front of me. They spoke down to me and told me I shouldn’t be there nor should I come back. I have worked at several doctors office’s and not one thing about this office or staff was professional or done correctly. I did not see Dr. Klingensmith personally, I saw his assistant and she needs to go back to school. I will never go back to this place, and I have told everyone I know what a horrible experience I had. I’m also contacting a social worker regarding the HIPPA violation. This office needs to be shut down and everyone working here needs to learn how to treat people correctly and professionally.

I would highly recommend Dr. Klingensmith. He is to the point and may not have the best bed side manner but I wouldn't trust anyone else. His office staff was wonderful and Maranda kept me updated on further tests. Great doctor great staff.

never even got to see the dr. was assigned to a different dr than I requested. office was so rude on 3 different occasions I decided to go elsewhere. they were angry because I explained that I only wanted this dr to perform the surgery because he was recommended. when I wouldn't go along with it they were angry.

Amazing surgeon. Every nurse in the hospital said he is the best in the area. He may not have the best bedside manner but I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my family. Thanks Dr. K

I took my 17 yr old daughter to this guy and as soon as he opened his mouth I started looking for the cameras!. I thought I was hearings things until my daughter started giggling uncontrolable which started a chain reaction. He spoke like a robot a, a really weird robot! Then he put this thing on his forehead and his eyes rolled up inside his head and he started to blink like a mad man! When he called the nurse in to help him find something I couldn't believe how ignorant he was to her!! I walked out of there pissing my pants because I just couldn't believe what I had just experienced! I felt like I just walked out of the TWILIGHT ZONE!..I'm not going back
