WARNING****** DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!! My son WAS a patient of Dr Kocab and diagnosed with Gastroparesis about 10 years ago. Throughout that time, we have waited months for appointments, only to have the office call and cancel the appointment, because the doctor “will be out of the office that day”! Then they refuse to fit you in and demand you wait two more months for an appointment. My son waited for his appointment, only to be told there was nothing the doctor could do, even though he had not been able to digest anything in 2.5 months. I found another doctor who took this more seriously and he found his Pyloric Valve was almost completely closed. Yes, it is rare, but Dr Kocab could care less about finding the problem or helping anyone and he would have found this problem if he had looked a little further! It appears he is on auto-pilot and his office staff is TERRIBLE too!! Do not waste your time, health, and money with this doctor!!!!!

I had to have Whipple surgery which is a very serious surgery. Dr. Kocab recommended a surgeon who specializes in this type of surgery. After the surgery which was a success, I developed multiple infections and as a result was going down hill. Dr. Kocab followed my progress and intervened. He saved my life and I am back to being healthy and happy. He is a very caring and thorough doctor. I have many friends who speak extremely highly of him. Thank you Dr. Kocab.

Dr. Kocab is a very thorough, compassionate doctor. The explanation of my medical situation and treatment was easily understood. Dr. Kocab was listening and looking at me not a computer when I had my visits. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Gastroenterologist.

After ten years of dealing with "IBS" that was debilitating enough to keep me home Dr. Kocab found the perfect combination of medications to help. Prior to his care I had seen multiple MDs and had various tests, diets, and meds which never helped. Honestly I was near hopelessness that I'd ever have a normal functional life. Dr.Kocab is awesome and I couldn't recommend him more.

I highly recommend Dr.Kocab. After colon re-section last year to remove a fatty tissue tumor by the surgeon, it grew back. I was admitted to the hospital with a colon blockage, that was when I met Dr Kocab. He performed a colonoscopy to remove 80% went back for another colonoscopy later and he removed the tumor entirely. I was so thankful he chose this treatment, rather than another colon resection. That was in Jan 2011, I am doing fine. Will see him in another year for check-up.
