I’ve been a patient since 2004. Dr. Krasner is excellent doctor. He is caring and concerned about each patient. Have had some unusual problems and he is always on the mark with his diagnosis. Has called me at home in the evening to check on me. Great at follow-up even when I’ve Been sent to a specialist. Has a great staff too.

Terrible staff, they treat returning aewfully!

When my doctor ended his private practice, Dr. Krasnoff was a recommended colleague. I had an ER visit, and was told to follow-up, but had not established a new PCP. Dr. Krasnoff's staff got me in on the exact time I was told to follow-up, and they were very professional in the way they treated me. His MA was very professional! And Dr. K came in right away to see me. He spend well over an hour getting to know me and documenting my history. Very pleasant bedside manner! He's a straight shooter, but very personable in doing so. We talked about my care as partners, and made joint decisions. My husband and I were very pleased!

Office staff(Jackie) is very rude! When I called to get help and make an appt. she doesn't call back. It takes several days to get a return phone call. Dr. Krasnoff missed several diagnosis. Thank goodness for second opinions. He's a nice enough guy but not someone who I want in charge of my care if I'm really sick.

Dr. Krasnoff is a very nice man, but he will diagnose a problem and then not take action on it if it's a busy day for him. He will order medication for a patient's problem and not tell the patient they have the problem, so you don't find out about it until you go to pick up medication and there's a new med there. Not having someone in the office to draw the blood is a real inconvenience, too.
